In compliance with the information obligations of Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the following details are provided:

These general terms of use (the "Terms of Use") govern access to and use of the Website, meaning all its pages, its navigation structure and all the elements included in them (the "Content"), as well as the online services that Eva Caravan offers through it (the "Services"). The purchase of products is also governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Eva Caravan may at any time change the presentation and configuration of the Website, its Content and its Services, and may interrupt, deactivate or discontinue any of them.
Access to the Website is open and free of charge, except for the cost of the User's internet connection. Some Services may require prior registration.
The User. Anyone who accesses, browses or uses the Website is a user (the "User") and accepts these Terms of Use and any amendments to them, without prejudice to mandatory legislation. We recommend reading them on each visit.

Eva Caravan may remove comments and contributions that breach the law or people's dignity, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic or spam, that threaten children, public order or public safety, or that, in its opinion, are not suitable for publication. Eva Caravan is not responsible for the opinions published by Users.
Mere access to the Website does not create any business relationship between Eva Caravan and the User.
The Website is not aimed at minors: to buy, the User must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
The Website is aimed at Users resident in the countries to which Eva Caravan delivers, as listed in the Shipping Policy.
Eva Caravan will do its best to ensure the Website works properly, but does not guarantee that access will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the Content or software accessible through it is error-free or will not cause damage to the User's device.
To the extent permitted by law, Eva Caravan will not be liable for damage arising from access to, browsing or use of the Website, including damage to computer systems or caused by viruses, or for damage arising from improper use of the Website or from telecommunications outages, interruptions or faults. This exclusion does not affect the rights that the law grants to consumers.

Eva Caravan does not offer or sell the products or services of those websites, does not control their content and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy or legality, or for any damage arising from their use.

Eva Caravan, directly or as assignee, holds the intellectual and industrial property rights to the Website and its elements (including images, videos, texts, trademarks, logos, design, structure and software). All rights reserved.

Eva Caravan may bring any civil or criminal proceedings it considers appropriate for the improper use of the Website and its Content or for breach of these Terms of Use.
The relationship between the User and Eva Caravan is governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any applicable mandatory consumer protection rules. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts that are competent by law; where the User is a consumer, to the courts of the User's place of residence.
