In cases where the User acquires products on or through the Owner's Website, they have a series of rights, as listed and described below:
Return policies and conditions
If the reason for the return is due to a defective or damaged product, we will refund the full amount of your order, including the cost of the product and the corresponding shipping costs.
If the reason for the return is not the seller's fault, we will refund the price of the product minus the shipping and return costs.
To proceed with the return, we ask that you pack the order securely to avoid possible damage during transport and that it arrives at our warehouses in perfect condition.
It is essential to ensure the original box is properly packaged to guarantee it arrives in optimal condition. If the original box is damaged during transport and this damage affects its ability to be resold as a new product, a 30% reduction will be applied to the refund amount.
If we receive the order without its original packaging or without the corresponding accessories, we will also apply a 30% reduction to the amount to be refunded.
Once you have packed the product, please drop it off at your nearest post office and present the enclosed return label.
Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will proceed to process your refund.
If you decide not to return the product, please cancel the return request in your order status.
Right of Withdrawal
The User, as a consumer and user, makes a purchase on the Website and, therefore, has the right to withdraw from said purchase within a period of 14 calendar days without needing to provide justification.
This withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which the User or a third party authorized by the User, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods purchased on the Eva Caravan Website or, if the goods that make up your order are delivered separately, 14 calendar days from the day on which the User or a third party authorized by the User, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the last of those goods that made up the same purchase order, or, in the case of a service contract, 14 calendar days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise this right of withdrawal, the User must notify Eva Caravan of their decision. This can be done, if applicable, through the contact options available on the Website.
Regardless of the method chosen to communicate their decision, the User must clearly and unequivocally express their intention to withdraw from the purchase contract. The User may use the withdrawal form provided by Eva Caravan as an attachment to these Terms and Conditions; however, its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication clearly expressing the decision to withdraw is sent before the corresponding deadline expires.
In the event of withdrawal, Eva Caravan will reimburse the User for all payments received, including shipping costs (with the exception of any additional costs chosen by the User for a shipping method other than the least expensive option offered on the Website) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which Eva Caravan is informed of the User's decision to withdraw.
Eva Caravan will reimburse the User using the same payment method used for the initial purchase transaction. This reimbursement will not incur any additional costs for the User. However, Eva Caravan may withhold the reimbursement until the returned products or items have been received, or until the User provides proof of return, whichever occurs first.

And it must do so without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which Eva Caravan was informed of the decision to withdraw.
The User acknowledges that they will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods (shipping, delivery), if applicable. Furthermore, they will be liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The User acknowledges that there are exceptions to the right of withdrawal, as set forth in Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. By way of example, and not as an exhaustive list, this would include: personalized products; products that may deteriorate or expire rapidly; CDs/DVDs of music or video without their original factory seal; and products that, for reasons of hygiene or health, are sealed and have been unsealed after delivery.
In this same sense, the provision of a service that the User may contract on this Website is governed, since this same Law establishes that the Right of withdrawal will not be available to Users when the provision of the service has been fully executed, or when it has begun, with the express consent of the consumer and user and with the recognition on their part that they are aware that, once the contract has been fully executed by Eva Caravan , they will have lost their right of withdrawal.
In any case, no refund will be given if the product has been used beyond simply opening it, if the products are not in the same condition as when they were delivered, or if they have suffered any damage after delivery.
Likewise, products must be returned using or including all their original packaging, instructions and other documents that may accompany them, in addition to a copy of the purchase invoice.

Return of defective products or shipping error
This refers to all those cases in which the User considers that, at the time of delivery, the product does not conform to what is stipulated in the contract or purchase order, and that, therefore, they must contact Eva Caravan immediately and make known the existing nonconformity (defect/error) by the same means or using the contact details provided in the previous section (Right of Withdrawal).
The User will then be informed about how to proceed with the return of the products, and these, once returned, will be examined and the User will be informed, within a reasonable time, whether a refund or, if applicable, a replacement is warranted.
The refund or replacement of the product will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the date on which we send you an email confirming that the refund or replacement of the non-conforming item is due.
The full amount paid for any products returned due to a defect, when such a defect is confirmed, will be refunded, including delivery charges and any costs incurred by the User in making the return. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
In any case, the rights recognized in the legislation in force at any given time for the User, as a consumer and user, will always be respected.
No returns of materials are accepted without prior notice to the sales department.
