If you buy as a consumer, you have 30 calendar days to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. This is longer than the 14 days required by law. The period starts on the day on which you, or a person you designate (other than the carrier), receive the product. If the products of a single order arrive separately, the period starts when you receive the last one.
How to withdraw. Tell us clearly of your decision before the period ends, in any of the following ways:
You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. It is sufficient to send your communication before the period expires. If you then decide not to return the product, let us know or cancel the request in the returns portal.
Returning the product. Send the product back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after telling us of your decision, to C/ Via Sèrgia, 92, 08302 Mataró (Barcelona), Spain. If you arrange the return through the portal, we will provide the shipping label. Unless the product is defective or we sent you the wrong one, you bear the direct cost of the return.
Pack the product carefully so that it arrives in good condition, and return it complete, with its original packaging, accessories, instructions and documentation.
Refund. We will refund all payments received, including the original delivery costs (except for the additional cost of choosing a delivery option other than the cheapest one we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after you tell us of your decision. The refund will be made using the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you. We may wait until we receive the product, or until you send us proof of return, before refunding you.
Condition of the product: deduction for depreciation. You may examine the product as you would in a shop, but for us to be able to resell it as new, it must come back complete, unused and in its original packaging in good condition. If the product arrives damaged, missing any of its parts or accessories, with signs of installation or use, or with its original packaging damaged or missing, we will deduct from the refund an amount for depreciation, in proportion to the damage or missing items found. Before refunding you, we will inform you of the amount of the deduction and send you photos of the condition in which we received it. The deduction does not apply if the damage or missing item is due to a product defect, an error on our part or the outbound transport.
Exceptions. Under article 103 of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), there is no right of withdrawal for, among others:
If you would like to exchange a product for another model or size, email us at soporte@evacaravan.com and we will tell you the quickest way to do it. Usually this means returning the first product and placing a new order.
If the product you receive is defective, has arrived damaged or does not match your order, let us know as soon as possible at soporte@evacaravan.com, with your order number and photos. We will tell you how to return it at no cost to you.
Once we have examined the product, we will let you know whether it will be repaired, replaced or refunded. In that case, we will cover the shipping and return costs, and the replacement or refund will be made as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after confirming that it is due. The refund will be made using the same means of payment you used.
If the damage was caused in transit, it helps a great deal if you reported it to the carrier at the time of delivery (see our Shipping Policy).
